Canelo was abandoned by his owners when they sold the house, leaving him without food or water. When the new owner came to take possession of her house, she found a strange lump that moved among the fallen leaves, it was Canelo who could no longer get up from how weak he was.
The Association received a call for help to pick up a dog that was in very poor condition. Several people were attacking and stoning him on the street.
